Xedos 6 2.0 v6 change engine to 2.5

I mean the "flywheel" between engine and gearbox.. Don't know the technical english word ;-/

Can i take the flywheel from my automatic 2.0 v6 engine att put on the mx-6 2.5 engine if its been with a manual gearbox!?

If I Take a Xedos 9 KL-DE engine the problem is the intake manifold is to big for Xedos 6? It will not fit in the engine room?

The MX6 engine is rare. Easier to get Xedos 9 2.5 v6 engine!

Is the Xedos 9 2.5 v6 also easy to swap like the mx6 engine?

That is no problem, cause you use the intake manifold from your X6.

It make sense to put the throttle from 2.5l on your X6 manifold.

I dont know about the one from X9, Probe and MX6 throttle fits to X6 manifold.

Compare with pictures will help you.

I thought i could use the block and head and move the other parts from my 2.0 v6 engine?
I also se that part number is different if you have manual and automatic box for throttle

You must use the DISTRIBUTOR from your X6 cause there different types.

You can use the throttle from X6 but with the one from MX6 it accerlerate better cause the diameter is bigger.

I have 7 ignition cabels. one for the ignition coil!

Yes you must change the complete, not only the cap.
Ignition must be regulatet after that with strobo light and the mark on the timing belt cover.

Should you set the timing for 10 or do you think 13-14 is ok?
