I missed to remove the throttle house adapter plate when we used the 2.5 throttle house. That sits between throttle house and the intake manifold. Will it do a lot to remove it? Ive seen that others with 2.5 V6 does not have it attached!

on Xedos 6 where the Trottle body is located there is a metal plate between the

intake manifold to the throttle body.

INTAKE MANIFOLD ---> metal plate (with four screw) ------> Throttle body

On the 2.5l V6 (mx6, 626 Ge, ford probe) they use no metal plate.

Will the car go better without the plate?

How thick is the plate? Which material? Which color?
Maybe you mean the metal gasket....

If yes, there should always be a gasket!

Its not a gasket!

And there are then 2 gaskets?

I guess it is only because of distance problems. I see no other reason to mount such plate.
The plate has no other holes? Or something other is attached to the plate?

Could it be the engine mounts? There is three. Witch one is it often if there a problem with them?

What could it be else ? The engine shakes to much then normal.

If the engine is off, can you shake the engine? If there is no clearance in the engine mounts, its another problem.

I would spend the money and buy new air hose between throttle and filter.

yes I will buy new but this shaking is someting else.

I have fault code 25.
Solenoid - fuel regulator.

Checked the vaccum today and there is vaccum. Strange is that i dont have 12volt to the solenoid when the engine is running but maby its only sometimes?

OK, this could mean problem with the fuel pressure.
Which solednoid have you used? From the KL or from your KF?
